I missed out on getting a medium short sleeve today. Will there be a restock of the new short sleeve shirt?

I’m just seeing this! I hopped you have found something that is comfortable for your feet. I love my Saucony Kinvara’s for HIIT, and I use to wear wrestling shoes when lifting for a better foot to ground feel. A couple months ago I bought the Born Primitive shoes, and they are excellent for lifting!! Extremely stable for heavier lifts, and you still get the foot on ground feedback that I need. Let us know what you end up going with.

Loved the hip mobility today. And I’m contemplating purchasing a padded hip thrust thing for dumbbells since I don’t have a bar and my hip bones don’t like me balancing the weight on them. Thanks for demoing that Bella Hip Thruster. I love that is let’s the bumbbells hang a little away from the body.

Born Primitive shoes are great for training. Flatter and provide more stability / feedback from the ground. I use to lift in wrestling / kickboxing shoes, but really enjoy my BPs. For HIIT, cardio, running, I love my Saucony Kinvara 12s. Not overly cushiony, so I can throw my orthotics in them to support my extra high arches.
