Back from mountain

Hello squad squat! Been enjoying the good weather we finally got over here and hiking some days up in the mountains! Back to mvp today and can’t wait to Get back in ❤️ love you all

Yo Salt Squad! Im finishing Mvp w1 today with the full body hiit sessiom! Yesterday i did the bog chest day session and i feel it today! Happy to be holme in my house with water and electricity and back to my regular training! (I was evacuated,for almost two weeks cus of flood) love you all ❤️
