Happy friday my Salty friends! Sadly i’ ve been struggeling with my chronic migraine this week so i’m first ready to hit the first beach shred session today😁😁😁 so excited to finally Get started. Wish all a beautiful weekend❤️

Im finishing week 5 today after beeing on the mountain for some days. We actually got snowed in. This is my do trying to find away out of the cabin. On day just to shuffel snow! Feels so good to be back 😁😎

Im so happy the monday’s leg day was low back friendly! Perfect warm up and mobility. I been feel my low back again since we be going hard so i was kinda not looking foreward to leg day but that was for no reason. Low back made it tru❤️
