Today was the first day I could bend over, legs straightened and flattened my hands to the ground. My goal coming into get salty was of course stay fit, but moreso to improve my mobility. I realized what I accomplished and I'm so happy! I still have some ways to go but man.. that one little stretch was a mile marker on how far I've come since day 1

I can't wait to push play on the Friday live this afternoon! I know it's supposed to be another box to check but ad a type A person, I live for checking boxes. It fills my cup. Makes me happy. Gives me something to look forward to. These workouts are a checked box for me, yes. But they are also so much more than that! Happy Friday you beautiful people!

Solo parenting tonight with husband on his 24 hr shift. Got my 1 year old and 6 year old to bed on time and still had time AND energy to knock out tonight's live! This is why I look forward to these workouts. Not only do I feel stronger and despite a Hella long workday, I still have the emotional energy to love on my girls, and physical energy to make dinner and jump on the live. First time I've done this without my husband here to offset my load in order to make it online in time.

Being able to chase my 6 year old around the color run course, blasting her with colored dye, and both of us cracking up. Being able to crawl up the steps with my one year. Being able to run around (last year) pregnant while coaching a bunch of 5 year Olds in soccer at the last minute because their coach didn't show up.. Being able to jump on the trampoline with confidence. Being able to model a healthy lifestyle. I do this for my kids. They are whole heartedly my why. I want to be here a long, long time. Not only emotionally present but with my whole being.
