Yes! It's an old injury from martial arts and trying to break a board with my fist. I mean, it was pretty badass minus the wrist injury. 😆

I have a really bad wrist and the pain on today's hand stands was pretty unbearable, but instead of sitting it out I did push presses. I think that was a pretty solid compromise and after 3 rounds it felt great! 🙌

Haha yes! I will be 40 in November, and I can hear the cracking on my knees… not cool. I did start taking magnesium which has helped with soreness. I can tell the difference when I don't take it.
