Did this one today (needed a good cardio). Pushed myself to try the devils press as I was tempted to stay in my comfort zone and do the kettlebell swing with just one dumbbell. Only did 4-5 each round but I count that as a win! Thanks girl!

To my legs…you served me oh so well throughout my life. Thank you for getting me this far but we know I like to push you the most. It was time to level up and it required pain. 😝
