I have munchies sessions that get out of hand sometimes, too … when it happens I try to remember Jenny’s advice about having a bite and experiencing it and then I tell myself to walk away. Not sure if that helps 🤷🏼‍♀️but it does work for me

Preach!! I totally agree. I am better despite multiple joint replacement surgeries. I have seen my balance, mobility, and agility (albeit modified 🙃) improve as I got more serious with the program.

Yeah and with my bionic hips/knee/ankles I modify and just do the lunges 😳 just goes to show low impact works too 🤪
