Kristen Moracco it’s always awkward at first to get into your groove because you have to scope it out & get all your stuff together…& sometimes modify if they don’t have everything you need.

Crockpot: crack chicken, roast beef with veggies, Italian chicken (chicken breasts with Italian dressing + add ranch seasoning if you want), taco soup…

Prep tip: if you have a vacuum sealer, cooked foods freeze well. Cook up some meats (taco meat, chicken, turkey, etc), seal, then freeze. I do this for easy things for the kids (muffins, pancakes, cooked pasta, pasta sauce, slider Pattie’s, etc)

I really want to paint all my weights fluorescent pink & green splatter, but I think it will come off the rubber too easy.🙄

Now I think I’m going to do my power rack pink & green instead & add a blacklight once I get my floors & walls painted black. Why not do blacklight glow workouts?!😅 Sounds fun!🤷🏼‍♀️
