Thank goodness for the handrail! Already told my medic today not to laugh at me too hard when my sore legs & booty are trying to get in & out on the helicopter.🤣

Things I don’t recommend:

-An upstairs gym because stairs after legs is sketchy as crap!

-Unloading 50lbs sacks of horse feed after working out.🥵

If you don’t live in the US, you can still get the barcode scanner in the free version. Turn off location setting for app & change where you live in the settings. Not sure for all countries, but the UK has it for sure…who knew Texas was in the UK 🇬🇧😜
