Y’all don’t count me out! I’m definitely behind after the weird schedule last week living at work—between 24hr shifts & training the new guy, I just couldn’t keep up. Got in some other good activity, just not grind.

When I get in this funky emotional state, it is usually because of lack of quality sleep or where I’m at on my cycle. Diet can help a lot for me if it’s pre-period days.
