That Saturday session has me sore in some weird places today!
Consistency is definitely my jam! I get to keep going with my salty sisters.🏝️🏋🏼♀️
I’m just sore enough to know I did something & it feels great knowing I had that consistency all week of just showing up!
Previously I would kill myself overdoing it too soon trying to keep up with Jenny because in-my-head me is in way better shape than actual me. This would put me into rhabdo level soreness, causing me to have to stop working out to heal & finding every excuse to not do the workouts again because it sucks being THAT sore!

Receipt! Did the live but forgot to post the salty selfie! Also ft the scariest part of leg day…leaving my gym. Next year I’m asking Santa for a slide or an acorn lift to get me down with jello legs.🤣
