I wasn’t sure after those two banded exercises haha so much burning in my shoulders!

but made it all the way back up to 8reps in amrap and then rewound back a few minutes so I could work all the way back up to 14reps! Great amrap πŸ”₯ 17weeks preggo in two days! Hanging in there with your programs as long as I can, hopefully to the end 🀰🏻🩡

High knees for 30sec πŸ‘πŸΌ 6 rounds, 7 rounds and did the burpees 3x at the end - never watch live so always use rewind function ☺️ nice cardio session!

Great leg session after a 5k runπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ!! πŸ”₯πŸ‘Saving this one.

Added on a 4th set to each of the first two leg sets before mobility and then added on extra time to the AMRAPS to be sure I completed 4 rounds (20ea leg of switch lunges and 20 total 180s each round) - failure was my goal on everything today! βœ”οΈπŸ˜΅πŸ’ͺ🏼 love those little burnouts with booty band at the end πŸ™ŒπŸΌ thank you, Jenny! Making sure I have left reviews in all the places β™₯️

Repeated every round a second time to make it a longer workout - except that last amrap πŸ˜… that advanced version for 3 min had me dying 😡 great salty session!

Great session to revisit! Those amraps πŸ₯΅ 5 rounds for first (held a weight for the lunge jumps) and 7 rounds for second w/box jumps βœ… I am dripping πŸ’§πŸ”₯
