Completed everything a second time - going back to 40s HIIT for round 2 of each set was rough but so good. And doubling up on the last 40s of HIIT at the end 🥵 Got up to zone 5 (170HR) on my apple fitness (which hardly ever happens) while sprinting at 10 speed on treadmill 🏃🏻♀️ 👌🏼 great salty session!
