Great leg session after a 5k run🏃🏻♀️!! 🔥🍑Saving this one.
Added on a 4th set to each of the first two leg sets before mobility and then added on extra time to the AMRAPS to be sure I completed 4 rounds (20ea leg of switch lunges and 20 total 180s each round) - failure was my goal on everything today! ✔️😵💪🏼 love those little burnouts with booty band at the end 🙌🏼 thank you, Jenny! Making sure I have left reviews in all the places ♥️

High knees for 30sec 👍🏼 6 rounds, 7 rounds and did the burpees 3x at the end - never watch live so always use rewind function ☺️ nice cardio session!
