Got back up to the 60/6 round in the ten minutes and added on 5more min to get back up to 100/10 💀

Did all the mini AMRAPs 2x and added on a round to the first two sets of 3. Always find your challenge 💪🏼

Repeated 2x for three rounds of each AMRAP total to hit my max! (With a 3min pause to check on baby👶🏼) Finishing with a mile run 🏃🏻‍♀️

Great session! I try to make sure I feel challenged in each of your workouts so oftentimes that means adding rounds, adding a weight etc. I want to feel like a trained not just worked out :)

Today’s challenges:

-repeating each Ladder/AMRAP a second time

- adding a 25lb weight in for the jump squats

- making sure I used my normal heavy weights for the bear walks and the incline press

- adding a tuck jump at top of inchworms

- doing flurpies with 20s in each hand and a jump at top

My little man 🩵 I liked that row and jump combo toward the end! Added an extra set to the first two rounds and an extra 2.5min to the two amraps and finished with a mile run at 7:22 pace! 💪🏼

Whew! Started with a mile run and then surprise! All the fit tests together 🥵😂 went up in reps in every exercise which surprised me! 4 weeks of working out/7.5 weeks postpartum and grateful to see strength increasing.

Also hit rewind button on each ladder and made sure to go all the way back up to 10 reps - needed that challenge 💪🏼 Finished in 59min and all while baby napped for me 🫶🏼

Annie haha oh yes! Life is a roller coaster right now! Thank you for the encouraging words.💕My core has a ways to go but thankful for mobility and agility and almost the same strength as before thanks to doing Jenny’s programs till I gave birth. I’ll be a GetSalty athlete for life ❤️

7 weeks postpartum yesterday! Just finished week 3 of the grind but needed a good HIIT session today so jumped up to this one - great workout! Did each 45/1:00 split a second time for a 50min workout. These workouts help keep my sanity with a reflux/colicky baby 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I take advantage of his one long nap 6 days a week and do a session with you, Jenny! Thank you, thank you. Your workouts are such a gift!❤️🫶🏼

My whys 💕🩵 got through 5 rounds with all the advanced moves and then went ahead and finished going all the way back up to the top. Added in an extra set to all the lifting sets too 💪🏼nothing like little to no sleep and a crying colicky baby alllll day to motivate a 🔥 workout in during a nap 🤪

Completed everything a second time - going back to 40s HIIT for round 2 of each set was rough but so good. And doubling up on the last 40s of HIIT at the end 🥵 Got up to zone 5 (170HR) on my apple fitness (which hardly ever happens) while sprinting at 10 speed on treadmill 🏃🏻‍♀️ 👌🏼 great salty session!
