Haha Jenny I still lift the heavy weights! I just rewind for some bonus rounds. Using a 45lb for those side lunges but then I just rewound a bit to get in 6 total rounds 😁great leg workout!! 🔥 🙌🏼

29 wks 🤰🏻& maintained same stats as 25.5wks. Even went up to a 45lb for the side lunges and got lower in my duck walks 🙌🏼 starting “beast mode” one week late so I can line up the workouts in my usual split. Thanks Jenny!

💯 that first set of 6 rounds was getting tough 😅and then decided to go for 7 rounds in both first sets. Added a band on the for 6min rounds and tacked on a 7th minute to each. Great workout! Very tough in a different way. 28 weeks preggo and loving all your workouts so much. Can’t wait to see how I feel doing them on the other side postpartum. Thanks, Jenny!

Coming back to this workout (after a 5k run), now 25.5wks preggo and upped my weights, added an extra round to each set, repeated the ladder (both times w/25lbs) and repeated the band section. My legs were yelling at me esp with those lunge w/extension kicks 🤪

Hoping this effort pays off postpartum! I know I’ve built muscle during this pregnancy, so very curious to see recovery on ther other side (in less than 15wks!) 😊

Putting these notes here to remind myself how good I’m still doing, it’s not been an easy pregnancy and every day is a challenge so it’s easy to get discouraged 🫤

Thank you, Jenny, for these workouts! They are my daily therapy 🙏🏼such a gift to have so easily accessible and always such excellent workouts.

My quads are so sore 12hrs later! Such an insane burnout for them 🔥

I wasn’t sure after those two banded exercises haha so much burning in my shoulders!

but made it all the way back up to 8reps in amrap and then rewound back a few minutes so I could work all the way back up to 14reps! Great amrap 🔥 17weeks preggo in two days! Hanging in there with your programs as long as I can, hopefully to the end 🤰🏻🩵

High knees for 30sec 👍🏼 6 rounds, 7 rounds and did the burpees 3x at the end - never watch live so always use rewind function ☺️ nice cardio session!
