I just did the level up 1 week 1 chest and shoulders and it was awesome! Haven’t done sit throughs in so long and muscles got worked!! Looking forward to this new series!!

Also, I know your finishing up the beginners series, can you say when and what will be the next series?

This makes my heart sing. I normally train this way and have loved it. And then I went down a rabbit hole (not a totally bad one for sure) of a style trainers that purely progressive overload, very methodical and specific in the way they train, very knowledgeable but that really took the fun out of it for me and have recently gotten back to the way that’s best for me…and then enter your site!!! So awesome!

Also, do you have say how much weight your lifting in the videos? What is your range you lift lower body verses upper?
