Feel a 100% better than when I started. I had a pounding headache when I turned the session on. I also don’t post much, but I’ll cheer y’all on!!

The bands were a nice leg and ab burner! A perfect band travel workout.

I’ll have to just practice a bit each day. It’s just coordination, I’ll start opposite arm and legs but going backwards I end up same side arm and leg. 🤪

Someday I’m going to get these bear crawls lol. I put a weighted vest on this time instead of using dumbbells and that helped. Finished this one off with sprint intervals on the treadmill.
