Whenever I feel this way, I remind myself that it doesn't matter how I look in my swimsuit because my body exists for me, not others. I'm not sure if this helps you, but it helps me. 

On Friday's workout, Jenny mentioned that she's worked on Popups in previous workouts. Is that in general, or can I find some old workouts that specifically build up to that?
