I did Week 2 leg workout yesterday and I needed two tries to get myself out of bed this morning! 😂

Girl I live in Michigan. It was 38 degrees yesterday when I was working out!

While I enjoyed those overhead carries at the end of Week 1 Back Day, the bungalow ceiling slants in my house made it a challenge. I am a tall person living in a house built for short people and Get Salty makes it obvious on a weekly basis. 🤷‍♀️
