I figure you lovely ladies will my best support so hoping to get some tips! I’m 42 and have had 3 kids, and while I am “thin” I still Have that extra lovely layer of fat covering My abs lol. I think my nutrition is great 80% of the time, but I struggle with portion control , stopping when I’m full and eating at night…I can do amazing all day and once 9 pm hits it’s like I feel the need to snack no matter what. I’m On my second beach shred in a row so this is about my 13th consecutive week of consistently working out and while I see small changes I have lost 2 pounds. Anyone else struggle or have tips for me, specifically the mindful eating and nighttime eating 🥴🥴
