Man, first workout back after being sick is a killer! So happy to be back and moving my body. The upper body workout was awesome and the dance one so much fun. Have a great weekend everyone.
Has this week been weird for anyone else? I've been in a real funk and I can't seem to shake it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to shake a bad mood?
Today was a rough one. I really didn't want to workout and once I started it was hard to finish. Sometimes I have to remind myself not every workout is going to be the best physically, but today sure helped mentally. And sure did help that my little girl was leaving me little treasures while I was sweating. Keep up the great work everyone!
