Well my goal was the four primary sessions. Things happened and I only got 3. I'm not going to be discouraged tomorrow is a new week and I'm going for four, but hopefully more.

Made it through day 1! I had to lower my weights a lot because I'm come off a week of sciatica pain and I didn't want to aggravate it again. That is so hard for me because I always want to push super hard but I know my body will thank me. Have a great day everyone ❤️
