I'm definitely turning down the intensity a bit until the next challenge. Also mixing up workout for fun. I'm doing Jenny's workouts, some YouTube( I like kitty hug fitness, and Sydney Cummings), lots of yoga, and I treated myself with new roller skates, hopefully I don't kill myself on the 🛼. Way to trust your body.

This was a great 8 weeks and I'm so proud for finishing. For all you guys still doing it, keep going you can do this!!
