Yes!!! I feel very similar!! I just moved to the area I live in and I don't know anyone, so I feel isolated. But when I come on here, everyone is so inspiring in the way that they move, and workout. it's just really nice to be connected to community! Even if y'all are states away! The energy is palpable, invigorating, and contagious! 🥰

I did tomorrow's mobility today because I need to workout in the morning, and it was FANTASTIC! Exactly what I needed. I felt so good after shavasana I walked right out the back door to breath and meditate a little longer 💕
