She RAN to join me this morning to get salty!! 😅 To be honest, she can hang!! She did at last half the workout right next to me! Proclaiming at each exercise, "I'm just too good at this!" She's on the right track y'all!! 🤣

Oh, shout out to Peace Love Hip Hop for her amazing short set 😂

Hey y'all!! I'm finally able to come back after a super crazy move and start to the new year! I'm so excited to be back in the community and to my dedication to being an athlete!

Missed you so much Jenny!!

AND look at these awesome new weights I received for Christmas!!!! 💪

Hi!! I have a question, what happens if I'm not sore after a workout that I feel like I should be?? Lol! Here's my brain process....I'm not sore, so I'm not building muscle...😅 So I wanted to see if I'm making stuff up, or if I need to go heavier with weights?

HI! I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself! I just moved to Mount Pleasant SC and I happened upon Jenny's IG while scrolling! LOL! I'm totally into the vibe and signed up for the membership immediately! I can't wait to get started, the workouts look so fun and perfect for a single mama to make time for easily! 

I do have a question Jenny Fisher , where is the best place to begin? I wouldn't call myself a beginner, I work out a few times a week I just really want to push myself. I need to build strength back after having my daughter. I used to do really hard stuff like Tough Mudders and 1/2 marathons and things like that, but the C-section slowed me down, lol! 

Also, if there is anyone else here in the area, I'd love to chat! It's just me and my daughter, so I'm looking for like minded friends! :)
