This!!! It's so true!! If you are focusing on how GOOD you feel, swift change is the outcome, especially if you're not focusing on WHAT will change with your body and trust the process. I find as long as I'm having a blast, I not only don't worry about the scale, I look FORWARD to the time I spend on the mat!!

I can't say enough how grateful I am that Get Salty exists! It's 100% the kind of workout I LOVE and NEED! 

Getting real personal here, but I'm not exaggerating when I say it's been a huge tool in saving me...these past few months have been the hardest of my entire life. Jenny's workouts and amazing humor have pulled me back to myself. So to say I'm feeling better is an understatement!

Oof!! Just did Wednesday's workout! I definitely kept the band on, making bad choices 🤣 By the time we reached the stretching, I had done left my body....I looked up and Jenny was on a totally different stretch! 😅

It's so amazing when she wants to join me She's my kid, through and through! Lol! High energy and will try anything! 🤣
