I LOVE Fabletics leggings! But they are thick and definitely better for cooler weather (they are also great for everyday wear).

Believe me it’s hard, I’m a “rule follower” by nature, but this community is teaching me there is no “falling behind”. Showing up is what counts and taking breaks doesn’t mean you’re failing. ❤️#positiveselftalk

Was looking for something a little more low-key today so I did Core & More from Week 2 and Yogish Flow from Week 3. Great way to ease into the week. Planning to jump in with Week 4 tomorrow! Learning to listen to my body instead of feeling like I have to follow the days “to a T” 😁

Amen! I love that the program promotes athleticism and strength and personal growth. So many other programs feel over-bearing and focused on looks and not health.

I was wondering about how I found her the other day too. Then I remembered, it was her southern accents video on TikTok, then she popped up on Instagram, and after a couple of months of seeing the workouts and watching her stories I decided to jump-in! Social media marketing at its BEST!! And so worth it!

I want to feel stronger and have more energy. I feel like I’m constantly doing things for everyone else, it was time for me to start putting some energy back into myself! ❤️

I’m loving seeing the results in other aspects of my life. I went for a walk the other day while my son road his bike. Several times when we passed the house I said “let’s keep going”. It seems like such a small thing, but I was excited that I didn’t want to stop because I still had energy to do more. 🙌🏼
