Prepping for MVP! Got in a mini boxing cardio and core this evening. Being careful not to re-injure the back. But I felt SO STRONG during the burpees!!! And I hate burpees!!!! #staysalty 🧂🍋

Does anyone drink their greens? If so, which one do you like? I’m interested in trying them (I keep seeing AG1 and Bloom) but I’m not looking to waste money on something that is disgusting and/or not worth it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

After experiencing some discomfort in my lower back each morning over the past few weeks, it finally decided to fully turn against me Thursday. My SI joint is on strike and has turned me into duck-waddling-dude-rancher with the inability to stand erect. Looks like my next week will be full of steroids, stretching, and muscle relaxers (I’m allergic to NSAIDS 🤦🏼‍♀️). Praying for a quick recovery so that I can get back at it with the next program. 💗 Stay salty y’all!!

Took a couple days off (sleeping terribly). Eased back in with some yogish flow. ❤️💦🧂

First day out on my own since getting back into the workout routine with Beach Shred! I decided to try and go back and complete the days I missed over the last 8 weeks. Used the calendar to plan my workouts this week and just completed Trace’s workout! Feeling great! Love you girls!!!! 👍🏼💦🥵🍑🧂
