I can’t believe it’s week 8?!?! Sad that we’re at the end but looking forward to going back to some of the workouts I missed the last few weeks so I can officially get all my “aggressive” checks!! ✅🧂💗💪🏼

Mindful eating is not easy, it’s a constant battle of “I don’t want to waste this” vs “why am I still eating?”. I’ve started focusing on smaller portions when plating my own food (so I’m not “wasting” what I don’t eat), drinking as much water as I can (my knock-off Stanley is always by my side), and when I do get that late night craving I eat a little spoon of peanut butter with a glass of milk. 😁I’m no pro, but I can feel the changes ❤️

Just finished Monday for Week 7…LOVED IT! Two things…totally unrelated…

1. If you love bananas with peanut butter you should try this - 1/2 mashed banana, 1/2 cup plain green yogurt, tablespoon peanut butter, stir like crazy and top with a couple punches of Simply Elizabeth granola. It’s DELISH!

2. If you’re a man, stop reading………..What do y’all wear under your workout pants??? I got a dump truck and no matter what I wear it ends up 🎵All the way up🎵. So annoying!!!!
