I have always worked out after high school and sports. It’s always been a part of my life and my kids have always seen it be a part of our lives However it’s my nutrition that gets me, stops me from being more toned and defined (and recently a lot of hormone imbalances)…dang it. But I’m not even sure how I ran across one of Jenny’s workouts(Instagram)…I did it and I fell in love with all of it. The way you pushed me and encouraged me, the exercise themselves, and how I felt afterwards. When yih were starting beach shred I decided to go for it. I have never paid for any sort of health or fitness or nurtrition app, but felt this was worth it! And I am loving it… I’m so glad i did it. And knowing that we are all in this together for beach shred holds me even more accountable to get my workout in! Thank you Jenny and thank you ladies!! We are athletes!👊🏽💪🏽 so… I’m here for me, and I’m here for all of you too!! 😘

I honestly feel the exact same way about her workouts!! They push me in a way I can’t explain. And I laugh while doing it. So glad you are doing better Vanessa. I’m not going to the retreat either…maybe in the future or next year. Jenny, is there a way we can join live workouts with you all?? That would be amazing!! 😊

Whew…my arms were so spent, I felt as though I was going to fall on my face during commandos and mountain climbers. BUT…I pushed through and finished it out. It’s been fun seeing myself push more than I thought I could. Also, thank you for letting us know the weight. I really did help me!! Thanks 😊💜

Yes I totally can relate. When you say bands…I’m like “oh I’m gonna do the bands”. I do feel as thought I’m seasoned and a mature athlete, (but a totally immature person) and can push without getting hurt. I have surprised myself modifying up when I thought I couldn’t before.

Jenny, could you let us know what weights you are using. I know I can’t do the exact weight, but it gives me a number to gauge what weight I could do. I tried to zoom in on your dumbbells but I couldn’t see the number😂
