I spent all day outside in the rain for my daughters last day of nature co/op haha 14 kids screaming and cold rain made me want to melt into my couch for the night 😂😂

My week 3 Friday shred complete. I didn’t want to work out today but i asked myself why I started this in the first place. It reminded me to stay consistent with my goals. I don’t always want to but showing up for myself makes me so proud. Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone 💪🏼🇺🇸
