Cookies came out bomb y’all too bad I don’t measure anything so they will never be the same again lol but rough 3TBS peanut butter 1 egg white whip it up…. 1 scoop Truvani choc peanut butter protien…. 1/4 cup ish almond flour 2 teaspoon coconut sugar 1/4 teaspoon baking soda pinch of sea salt a few enjoy life chocolate chips bake 325 for 8 min 🍪

My arms are toast after todays session I was legit shaking trying to hold my phone up to get this pic 😂😂💀 I’ll be foam rolling later for sure ! Hope everyone is crushing it today! Personal victory I brought my daughter to a cookie cafe and left without my own 😂🍪I plan on making protien cookies or cake tonight 👏🏼
