I am so proud of myself for finishing this challenge. The amount of growth I have seen in myself in just 8 short weeks is amazign. And it’s not just physical growth/ the mental growth is what is most impressive to me. And this community gave me that! Thank you Jenny and my salty squad….. I am so grateful 🧂💪🏼

Just finished up what felt like the toughest workout I have done with this program. (Week 8 leg day) I was so proud of myself for keeping a pace and upping weight every AMRAP. I stayed consistent and pushed myself in all the right ways. This program really has tought me to be intentional with my movement. And the gains have been amazing 💪🏼 so grateful for my salt squad

Had a killer workout today and thought about all of the growth I have made over the last 7 weeks. So grateful I found this tribe of amazingly supportive woman 🙏🥰🧂 so excited to finish the challenge this week and join the 1% club! 👏🏼👏🏼

I didn’t want to do it today y’all, I told myself this morning oh I’ll do it later. Well I ended up spending 4 hours outside doing art with my kiddos homeschool friends in the SC heat which was 3 hours longer than I thought we would be there. I got home I was tired, dehydrated, and zero motivation. But I told myself “you got this” and it was the session I needed! Jenny, you never cease to amaze me with your positivity. This also was the class you gave me a shoutout because we met for a coffee date 🩵 take away from todays sesseion…. you can build a brick shit house with 4x4 wooden blocks 😂 🧂 stay salty squad! You will find me foam rolling my legs because they are toast 💀

Still working on finishing up beach shred I was a few weeks behind. Mondays workout was aweosome. It was my favorite back and biceps day to date! Busy week for me this week but still gonna make fitness a priority for me at least 5 out of the 7 days 💪🏼 Stay salty athletes

Holy back and biceps….🔥 starting the week feeling strong and super proud of myself for completing my first EVER reverse burpee. I have never actually tried/ I have seen them done and thought “nope I can’t do that” crazy what a limiting belief will hold you back from trying. But here I am capable as shit and wondering what else I have been holding myself back from? I hope everyone is having a killer day! HAPPY MONDAY SALTY SQUAD 🔥

Y’all I didn’t want to do it today, started my cycle and spent all afternoon with 50 children and their mothers😳 for my daughters homeschool secret garden book club party… so needless to say when I got home I wanted to faceplant into my couch. But I didn’t I got my ass up threw on workout clothes and pressed play! That’s coach Jenny for kicking my ass and sweet motivating one liners 😂🔥💪🏼

Ok so im a BIG DESSERT QUEEN 🙃 tonight I made a cottage cheese protien chocolate moose it’s either gonna be the best thing ever packed with protein or it’s gonna taste like 💩stay tuned 😂
