Still working on finishing up beach shred I was a few weeks behind. Mondays workout was aweosome. It was my favorite back and biceps day to date! Busy week for me this week but still gonna make fitness a priority for me at least 5 out of the 7 days πŸ’ͺ🏼 Stay salty athletes

Way to wrap the 8 weeks athletes! I’m finishing up week 5 tom. Today I took my kid to a massive water park and realized the last 5 weeks of training was preparing me for all the flights of stairs I ran today while carrying a massive inflatable tube πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚πŸ’¦πŸ§‚

I think it was the full moon I also had zero energy this week.

My shoulders are on πŸ”₯ after todays workout I took a rest day yesterday so I did shoulders and back today. All week I felt low energy… between my cycle and the full moon energies. Feeling more like myself today and had a killer workout. Thanks Jenny xo

Just finished up a quick cardio Tuesday week 5. Felt so good to get a sweat in and listening to Jenny give me a different perspective on training. Love this program and all of you! πŸ§‚
