Chest/ tri and core today great workout I tipcally don’t like working triceps but for some reason this one I enjoyed. Feeling so strong mid week into week 4 👏🏼💪🏼🧂

Those 20-30 min quick cardio’s always get me drenched! I could barley say my name after frog jumps today 😂😂

That was a salty 20 min YA’ll! Cardio EMOM 3 rounds felt good after yesterdays leg day! I need to drink more water thou because it’s gettign hott in the South and I spent all morning at the park with my daughter and drank nothing but coffee 😳☕️ whoops 😂 happy Tuesday Salt squad!

Love measuring progress! I try and keep notes in my phone on EMOM AND AMRAPS and the weight I use. Great job way to kill it!! 🧂💪🏼

Woaaahhhh Monday leg day was HARD ! I know now why you call it a monster set! Cranked out my workout while the house was still asleep and ready for a relaxing Memorial Day. Love and prayers to all those that have served/lost/still serving to keep our country free 🇺🇸 GRATEFUL

Had a great relaxing weekend. I spent Saturday doing 20 min of cardio and a hip hop dance cardio. (Which I love) Today I did 30 minutes of yoga and Breathwork. Looking forward to start my week 4 tom!
