I want to order a copy on Canva, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that? Should I download a the digital version and then upload and order to Canva? Not urgent...we have time. I will keep trying! Just wanted to see if anyone else was able to successfully print through Canva. :)

Just finished back in core and added on mini varsity cardio… so nice to be able to shop around! That was a great lower back and upper back workout for sure!

Ok just had the pleasure of completing day 1 and day 2 of week 2!! Reminded me how bad I want to shed my mid section gut and that we do have abs deep in there 😄 loved the twist hop things!! Burner on legs and abs. I’ll do sevasana tomorrow! Thank you Jenny!!
