OK, just knocked out week four day two EMOM before work. Holy cow, my legs were on fire.!! Jenny, thank you so so much for always bringing positivity and such energy to these sessions. I truly look forward to hearing your voice every time it’s so much fun and you distract me from all the pain 😊 seriously though your energy is contagious. Thanks for all you do.

Second week in a row I haven’t prioritized the GetSalty workouts (did Tuesdays), but today I felt great and did an at home workout. I love reading these posts!! So motivating!! Not going to give up on following the schedule next week.

I’m about to walk out to my workout area in our barn but it’s at a feels-like 27 degrees here in south Texas 😣😣😣 I’m sick a wimp!!!
