Daily strength training helping with everyday activities or the unexpected activities like reeling in a 9.2lb large mouth bass all by yourself while you husband and son cheer you on! Lol kinda glad this was a leg day and not an upper body day or I might not have got him in!

Checking in from being on vacation for 10 days! Hitting a couple weeks of the beach shred before helped kick my metabolism into high gear! I didn’t workout while we were gone but we did 4 days at universal and walked a total of 28 miles! 😳so I relaxed on the cruise but found good eating options and some treats of course! Ready to jump back into the beach shred!! I had a little hint of abs before we left let’s see if we can lean out enough to see them by the end of summer Jenny!

Doing these sessions all out of order 3 kids with strep and flu! Had to take my husband to work at 6:30 this morning bc his truck is in the shop but getting it done before the sickness catches up with me!
