I’m SO sore from this one! Probably didn’t help that I have been so sporadic with my workouts. I got sick on week 8 and fell a week behind, and then had the mindset that I screwed it up, so I might as well not finish….BUT I told myself I am going to finish this program. So I am finishing up week 9 tomorrow and going to keep going until I complete the program!! Better late than never.
