Holy macaroni man. 😅 I had a hard time keeping up, did I sit and watch a couple of times? Yes I did, but I finished it. That was SO CHALLENGING, but my body feels good after. The hard stuff strengthens us and changes us. Just gotta remember that. Just think of where we will be at the end of these 12 weeks. So. Much. Stronger!!! 💪🏼

That was like doing a back in the day Denise Austin video. 😆 loved it OR the ladies who did all the “..” of steel videos.

Couldn’t get the live to load, but did it at 7:30 once it was ready in the app and just finished. The legs were shaking and I went to exhaustion to where the last set of runners jumps got sloppy at the end. 😅 Good morning Jenny and everyone!! 😅😅😅 Have a great Monday and if it’s your first day back to work like me, I hope you have a productive day and ready to get back into the grind. 😜🤪

I feel like I got stronger with each round of those burpees and I got better with them. I pushed myself SO hard to get them done. I am stronger than my mind thinks I am.

After battling cancer all last year until this past summer and effectively kicking cancers butt, I got back into working out and started with the beginner series. I was weak, scrawny, had lost over 30 pounds and all the muscle I had. I’ve put my weight back on now that I’m healthy AND this morning I did day 1 of Beast Mode!! Yay!! Pushing myself to get stronger and rebuild that skeletal muscle!! I love these workouts! 💪🏼
