😃went up in weights today!! 20 lb db’s. Back day has become my favorite. 😍

This was my weekend. Saturday at least. Piper and my athlete Morgan. ♥️♥️♥️ The rest was church, house chores and cooking.

It has taken the first two months to start seeing change. I always lose in my upper body first. Muscle definition is easier to see in my arms and back. My lower half is where I gain weight and takes longer to see results. I’m so glad it’s starting to warm up so I can get outside to those walks you mentioned bc I hate going outside when it’s cold. And I’m looking forward to longer days for after work walks. I think seeing progress has been slower bc I haven’t been able to walk like I normally do, but the weather is changing and the days are getting longer. We are on the upswing and I am here for it!! I’m an outdoors girlie! 💪🏼

Those Bulgarians were awful!! 😂 my legs were shaking and I could hardly walk afterwards. 😂 But it’ll all pay off in the end! 😂

Oh my gosh. That felt so good. I also need to buy some heavier weights bc I only have up to 20’s. Haha! And another band to go with the 2 I have.
