Dude!! Thank you so much for this!! I don’t have a ton of foot issues, but since chemo I do have some. The back and the bottoms of my feet get so tight and sometimes it’s hard to walk after I’m super active and then rest. It’s like the muscles are warm and stretched and as soon as I stop moving they shrink back super fast and I can barely walk! I have to warm the muscles back up. Sometimes, not a lot, I will have a cramp or ant to start but I relax my foot and it goes away. I’m also flat footed so knowing that I can change that with foot strengthening exercises and that that’ll help my calf growth is amazing!! I sooo needed this and will start doing it daily!! Thank you!!
