Comparing my week 1 and week 4 fit test

Push ups (knees)- 16 to 30!!

V up (knees bent) - 30 to 40

Squat jumps- 30 to 45!

Front lunge w/8s - 19 to 25

Saltmakers with 8s - 6 to 7

Also my sons teacher told me this morning “you look amazing!! What are you doing?!” 🥰🥰🥰

I started a few weeks behind but I am catching up! Going out of town for a few days and packed ✨ gym clothes ✨ for the hotel gym. Someone yell at me tomorrow to get my ass down to the gym
