The difficult part is my brain. I haven't worked out in so long and I have gained a significant amount of weight during that time. So I want to be team burn! But physically I need to be team build to build back muscle and allow my body that rest in between sets so that I can finish and stay consistent. What I want and what I need are 2 different things right now. Hormones, whew! What a ride! 😅

I recently started HRT. My energy levels are not there yet. Should I go for this challenge & modify as needed or should I go back and do one of your beginner programs? I don't want to die in my living room trying to get fit again. 😅

Previously I tried casting from my phone & it wasn't working right, bought a USB C to HDMI & that wasn't it either. 😩 I have a Google Pixel phone & Roku t.v. for reference. I just made my son download the app on his iPhone to test it & within 2 seconds I had it on the t.v.! So I guess Mama is getting an iPhone for Christmas. 🤣

Tech question: How are y'all viewing on your t.v. screens? Casting from your phone, laptop...??? What is the easiest way?

I'll be a day behind. I made it through! Lots of modifications but I completed it. 🫣
