Hotel workout in Duluth, Minnesota. My son plays football 🏈 at UMD and I can’t wait for todays game. Getting pumped really early in the gym.

Just finished this weeks leg day. While I was taking a salty 🧂 selfie, my husband walks out to model his new outfit for a casual event we are going to this weekend. 😂

Full body HIIT!
I was feeling under the weather so fell behind in some of my workouts. I am catching up slowly. Tomorrow I will start week 5. I loved moving my body again. Just feels good to sweat out all the toxins and push myself to become a better athlete and stay metobolicly positive ♥️🫶💪🏻
