One of my goals is to have one date night a month for the next three months with my husband. We put kids and work before us all the time, so I really want to achieve this goal.

Hey Lynn! Today was egg, baby spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese and a little sprinkle of bacon… salt pepper adobo seasoning and smoked paprika. I love adding cottage cheese to my eggs too!

I started working out with Jenny through a friends recommendation… she has not only enlightened my thought process on nutrition/sleep/exercise, she makes every session fun and I look forward to seeing her and working out with her (almost) everyday. Jenny is my own little addiction haha. I’ve been on this journey with Get Salty for about 7 months and have felt better about the way my clothes fit and have seen results with the better choices Jenny has coached me to make.
