Week 1 ✅definitely throwing some weight around. 💪💪💪

Massively late to the party here! Started Beast Mode week 1 Day 1 today. Excited to see where it takes me…or where I take it 😉

Anyone else have conversations with Jenny during your workout? Like when she talks to us about our form, or weight or how we should be doing something…I reply out loud 🤣🤣 just me?

Week 7 leg day 🥵🤬❤️💪had all the feels this morning. When I had to walk up stairs after that “pool of suckiness” 🤣🤣🤣

When you can’t even lift your weights to put them back after the workout 🤣🤣🤣 arms were TOAST! 💪💪

Week 5 leg day 🔥Did anyone else have SCREAMING quads with the wall sits at the end???

Just did week 4 HIIT. Offta…If there was a zone 7-8 on my watch I would have been in that zone 🤣🤣 thanks for the great workout 💪💪💪

My 4 year old set up her “computer” to do her workout with me today.

Getting that cardio and core in…breathing heavy of course I hear my daughter ask from the other room “is mom okay?” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
