I’ve found with the beach shred that I’ve progressed so much over the last year that often I am rewinding the amrap a couple of minutes and doing 1, sometimes 2 more sets with my heaviest weights. Trying to do a primer, then a heavier set and then 2 or 3 at my heaviest. My body just says you can do another one of those so I am listening. 💪💪💪🥰
