I LOVE these sessions and the time for reflection.

I forgot to post the other night. I workout to stay strong, to be an example for my boys, to enjoy all the things WITH my family, and hopefully one day, be a strong and capable grandma. 😜 I’m being proactive now, so I don’t have to be reactive later.

Wrapping this workout up at 8:30 PM after a busy day of traveling. I promised myself no excuses and got her done. So glad I did. 😉

I made a promise to myself to not miss a workouts. We’re away for a long weekend and while my boys are swimming, I just powered through 2 workouts! Feeling salty!

I love feeling strong! This was another great workout.

I’m out of town this weekend and will have limited weights. I’m saving calisthenics and the mobility day so I don’t miss out on challenging myself during the other workout. W2D2 done. 😉
