I have noticed that my muscles give out before my cardiovascular hits its max.

I just pull up the video in half screen view with the app and enter the exercise. I also do the same as I workout to log weights and sets. It will even tell you when you hit a PR.

I watch the video before hand and fast forward through the sets. As I watch it I enter it into my MyWorkout app so I can track my weights as I lift. It helps me prep for the morning I get up but it does require some time on my end.

With meal blocking, what if I tend to eat heavier in the morning and lighter in the evening? Is there still a benefit if I move my 40% meal to breakfast and 20% meal to dinner?
